Joe Shannon Wood was born on August 1st 1967 in New York City at new york presbyterian hospital to mother May Yvonne Howard father Joe Wood. He went to PS 186 in NYC. Joe moved to Jersey City in July of 2003 he was a hard worker a lover of clothes, shoe. when you saw him he was always dressed head to toe. Joe worked in the service industry in Shelters for many years.
On August 29th 2023 joe left this earth to join his mother, father an youngest son Shannon Jai.
He leaves behind to celebrate his memory his loving wife JaVonne Greene-Wood, his son Saquan ( mother Alicia) daughter's Makayla (mother Amanda) daughter Anyssa Eve. His two uncle Ray ( Arlene) and Ben. His cousin Charton, Summer, Eli. His mother and father in law Brabara & Anthony Rushing and a host of family and friends.
