Frederick Gist

Frederick Gist (Freddy) of Anson, ME, and formerly of Jersey City, NJ, departed this life on May 2, 2022. Freddy was the Husband of Susan Gist, Loving father of Malcolm Jamar Russell, Grandfather of Tyler Zing, and proud Great Grandfather of John Zing, Beloved Son of the late Barbara Gist and Whitney Gist Sr. Freddy was also the caring brother of Glenn Curry, Curtis Curry, Diana Gist, and the late Whitney Gist Jr. He is also, survived by an Aunt, Margaret Brown, and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Services will take place on Saturday May 7, 2022, at 1:00 pm at Smart & Edwards Funeral Home at 183 Madison Avenue, Skowhegan, ME, 04976 -Phone number -207-474-3357.

Interment will follow at Forest Hill Cemetery, Anson, Me.
